The MAAP reserves the right to modify the SC at all times. These modifications enter into force at the date indicated in the SC.

The types of Tickets and their characteristics are described on the Website.
The Tickets are non-transferable, except for children’s tickets.
To purchase a Ticket, the Purchaser must connect to the Website, fill out the required fields to make a reservation for a guided tour or other activity coordinated by the MAAP, and place an order for the Ticket(s). Once the transaction is complete, the Purchaser receives a confirmation of the purchase by email and the Ticket(s) in electronic format.
The MAAP does not send Ticket(s) by postal mail, fax or SMS.
Ticket sales are processed within the limitation of the quotas assigned to each service.
Access to the MAAP is reserved to visitors over the age of 6. Pushchairs are not admitted.
The tax-inclusive prices of the Tickets are shown on the Website in Swiss francs. The amount indicated at the time of purchase is the determining amount.
Any beneficiary of a reduced admission price must be able to present documentary evidence at the MAAP reception desk.
The amount of the Ticket price must be paid in full upon online purchase. Payments must be made in Swiss francs by credit or debit card. Mastercard, Amex and Visa are accepted.
Payments made on the Website are secured by an encrypting system that guarantees data confidentiality and security.
A Ticket is valid if it is presented on a device such as smartphone or tablet or if it is printed on paper. Access to the MAAP guided tour or other reserved activity is subject to the verification of the Ticket validity codes. A good printing quality is therefore necessary. Partially printed, soiled, damaged or illegible Tickets are not accepted, and will be considered invalid. In case of an incident or poor printing quality, the Purchaser must print the Ticket again. To verify the printing quality, it is imperative for the Purchaser to check that the information and bar code appearing on the Ticket are legible.
The Ticket issued in electronic form is exclusively valid for the guided tour or activity at the date and hour indicated on the Ticket. The MAAP reserves the right to refuse access to the guided tour or reserved activity, without reimbursing the amount of the Ticket, if the Ticket holder arrives more than 10 minutes late for the service.
The Ticket holder who has been admitted into MAAP may not leave and re-enter with the same Ticket.
For security reasons, the Ticket is issued in the holder’s name and is non-transferable. The MAAP reception agents scan the Ticket and verify the identity of the Ticket holder. The MAAP reserves the right to refuse access to the MAAP guided tour or reserved activity, without reimbursing the amount of the Ticket, if the name indicated on the Ticket does not correspond with the identity of the Ticket holder.
The Tickets, even if unused, may not be returned, exchanged or reimbursed, subject to the stipulations below.
The Ticket holder may cancel – and request reimbursement for – the guided tour or reserved activity by contacting the MAAP at least seven working days before the date indicated on the Ticket. Beyond this time limit, no reimbursement will be made. If applicable, a reimbursement of the total Ticket price will be credited to the payment or credit card account that was used for the purchase of the cancelled Ticket, to the exclusion of all other means of reimbursement.
Visitors’ personal data is considered confidential. In keeping with the federal data protection law, personal data gathered from a Purchaser is computer processed to manage tour reservations and Ticket purchases. Personal data may be sent to suppliers as part of order management or service provision.
Any person whose personal data has been gathered has the right to access, rectify and delete their data by sending a request to: Audemars Piguet (Marketing) SA, Data Protection Officer, Route de France 16, 1348 Le Brassus, Switzerland
Or by e-mail: privacy@audemarspiguet.com.
Audemars Piguet (Marketing) SA declines any responsibility in case of the expulsion from the MAAP of a visitor in violation of the tour Regulation. The expelled visitor may not claim any compensation whatsoever, or the reimbursement of the Ticket price.
In case of the cancellation of a guided tour or an activity reserved with the MAAP, Audemars Piguet (Marketing) SA decides, at its sole discretion, the rules for Ticket reimbursement. In any case, only the amount of the Ticket price will be reimbursed, and no other compensation may be claimed.
Audemars Piguet (Marketing) SA declines any responsibility in case of the loss or theft of a Ticket, including within MAAP.
Audemars Piguet (Marketing) SA declines any responsibility for any potential damage resulting from the use of the Internet network, and in particular from a service malfunction or the presence of a computer virus.
