How do I book a visit?
Prior booking is required for all visits. All our visits are guided, in English, French or German. Visits are at 2:00pm and 3:00pm from Monday to Friday. You can book a visit up to 3 months in advance. To book your visit, please follow this link.

Be sure to arrive 10min before each visit.
Can I visit the Musée Atelier on my own?
No, the Musée Atelier is accessible by guided visit only. To book your visit, please follow this link.
How many people are accepted per tour?
All our tours can welcome up to 6 people.
In which language is the tour available?
Visits are available in English, French or German only. Beware that the language of each slot is decided by the first person to book a tour. Any other person booking a tour for the same slot won't be able to choose another language.
Is the Musée Atelier accessible for persons with reduced mobility?
Yes, the Musée Atelier is wheelchair accessible and offers special facilities for people with reduced mobility.
Does the Musée Atelier welcome children?
We welcome children aged 6 and above.
What is the price for a ticket?
Regular admission: 30 CHF
Reduced admission for senior/student/local resident: 25 CHF
Young (12 to 17 years old): 20 CHF
Kids (6 to 11 years old): Free

Have you implemented special measures to prevent Covid-19 from spreading?
Following the recommendations of the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health, visits are limited to 6 people + guide till further notice. Hydroalcoholic gels and masks are available at the entrance for visitors. Note, however, that the wearing of the mask is compulsory inside the buildings. The guide will be the only one touching and manipulating the museum's interactive elements. Sanitary measures are regularly updated to follow the government's official health recommendations.
What facilities are accessible within the Musée Atelier?
While visiting the Musée Atelier you will have access to the car, motocycle & bicycle parks, toilets, wifi, welcome drink, lockers and museum shop.
Any specific code of conduct I should be aware of?
No animals, no smoking, no food & beverage within the Musée Atelier.
Am I allowed to take pictures within the Musée Atelier?
Pictures are allowed. However, we invite you not to take picture of the watchmakers that are working in the Musée Atelier.
Do you allow pets?
Animals are not allowed within the Musée Atelier.

What is the price for a Masterclass ticket?
The price for the Masterclass is CHF 390.
What does the Masterclass ticket include?
During the Masterclass, participants will try their hand at fine watchmaking decorations and assemble a movement under the guidance of an expert.
How long does a Masterclass last?
A Masterclass lasts 5 hours.
When is the Masterclass taking place?
The Masterclass takes place every Thursday afternoon from 1pm to 6pm.
In which language is the Masterclass available?
It is available in English, French and German.
How many people are accepted per Masterclass?
For the time being, each Masterclass can welcome up to 4 people. As soon as the sanitary situation allows, the Masterclass will be able to welcome up to 6 people.
Is there an age limit to participate in a Masterclass?
Yes, the Masterclass is limited to visitors aged 16 and above.
Is there a discounted fee for visitors aged 16 to 18?
No. The admission fee is CHF 390 for all visitors alike.
Do participants take home a souvenir from this Masterclass?
Yes, participants will be able to take home the piece they have decorated during the Masterclass.
Are we allowed to take picture during the Masterclass?
Pictures are allowed during both the guided visit of the Musée Atelier and the Masterclass. However, we kindly ask you not to take picture of the watchmakers who are working in the Musée Atelier.
Is the Masterclass accessible for people with reduced mobility?
For practical reasons, our Masterclass workshop cannot welcome wheelchairs for the time being. However, our Musée Atelier is wheelchair accessible and offer special facilities for people with reduced mobility.
